New grant program for study groups organized by younger members

Dear All ACT Members, As we have discussed about the future plan of the association in an annual general meeting at Kanazawa typhoon last year, we are so happy to announce that ACT is ready to start a new grant program for study groups organized by younger members from the next academic year.
