Dear All ACT Members,

As we have discussed about the future plan of the association in an annual general meeting at Kanazawa typhoon last year, we are so happy to announce that ACT is ready to start a new grant program for study groups organized by younger members from the next academic year. The program will be available for a group organized by an ACT member in category B or C, having a number of regular participants. The group must be organized for at least one year.

The maximum grant amount per group will be 50,000 yen, and the number of grants to be awarded in 2022 will be limited to a few. In addition to grant, the research groups will be supported by promoting their activities on the website and SNSs of ACT.

We will upload an application on the website of ACT after we are ready.

You fill out the application form and send it to the membership support team by e-mail. The application form is in Japanese, but can be filled out in either Japanese or English. The deadline will be February 26, 2012. The ACT committee will review and select applicants in March.
