Cultural Typhoon 2025
Call for Individual Presentations, Group Presentations, and Project Works

【Open Call】

We invite submissions from individuals in Taiwan, Japan, and other parts of the world. The conference welcomes:

• Individual Presentations
• Group Presentations
• Project Works (e.g. booths, workshops, creative activities, etc.)

Both members and non-members of the Association for Cultural Typhoon may apply. Non-members must pay a registration fee if accepted. Please refer to the section “Eligibility and Fees” for details.

Presentation Formats:

• Symposiums: On-site with post-conference on-demand access
• Individual / Group Presentations and Project Works: On-site only

Note: Each applicant may submit only one proposal, either as an individual or as part of a group presentation.
Note: The presentation schedule will be set by the organizing committee. Requests for specific time slots cannot be accommodated.

【Presentation Duration】

• Individual: 20 minutes + Q&A
• Group: 90 minutes (including Q&A)

Note: Times subject to change.

【Eligibility and Fees】

• Non-members must pay a presentation registration fee, which includes both on-site participation and online access tickets.

• Payment instructions will be sent upon acceptance.
• If a non-member presenter later becomes a member in 2025, the fee paid can be deducted from the membership fee.
• We kindly encourage you to invite your colleagues and peers to participate actively.
• Project Works and other non-presentation activities are open to all participants, regardless of membership. Please note that all attendees, including invited guests, are kindly requested to pay the participation fee or obtain an online ticket.
• Although the conference will be held in Taiwan, due to system and administrative requirements, all participation and registration fees—including presentation registration, on-site attendance, and online tickets—will be collected in Japanese yen. We appreciate your understanding.

〈Membership Reference〉

• Individual Member A (10,000 JPY/year):
  Full-time at university/research institution with access to institutional funds

• Individual Member B (6,000 JPY/year):
  Part-time or without institutional funding
• Individual Member C (4,000 JPY/year):
  Students, non-regular or freelance workers, retirees, or those over 70
